When you submit a lead form or contact request connected to our ads, we may collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, organization or school name, job title, and your response to questions about whether you are an educator, parent, or program partner. If you contact us directly, we also collect the contents of your message.

Respond to your request for information about Y.E.S.! programs, including the Founders Academy.

Schedule and follow up on calls, meetings, or program demonstrations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate, such as email, scheduling, and customer relationship management tools, and only so they can perform services on our behalf. We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain our relationship with you, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Children's privacy

Our lead forms and outreach are directed to adults, including educators and parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through these forms. Where our programs serve youth participants, we collect and handle that information separately under program enrollment agreements.
